Some of you are having trouble downloading the files, especially from a phone or mobile device. I suspect the problem may be that when you go to this page from within the Facebook app it will cause an error when you download the files.
Here’s the workaround for an iPhone/iPad. I would imagine that most other devices work in a similar manner.
If you are on my Facebook post and click the link, it will open within Facebook.
Click the three dots at the bottom right.
Choose Open in Safari.
Click the Download button in the upper right.
Choose Direct Download. This will take you to the normal screen you see when downloading files from Facebook. You can save the file as usual.
